Terms & Policies

Each piece is designed with intention and made to be lived with. The following outlines our process and policies.

Overview

Each piece is made to order and designed in collaboration with the client. By placing an order with Ornament Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Each piece is carefully reviewed throughout the process to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline or limit orders based on availability, project scope, or other considerations.

Custom Orders

All pieces are fully custom and tailored to each client's specifications.

As a result, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is determined based on design, materials, and scale.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your production slot.

The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

Pricing is subject to change based on materials, production costs, and market conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to deposit.

Production will not begin until the deposit has been received.

Lead Times

Each piece is made to order.

Typical production timelines range from 8–12+ weeks, depending on design and materials.

Delays may occur due to material availability or production conditions. We will communicate any significant changes as they arise.

Materials & Natural Variation

We work with natural and refined materials including stone, wood, and metal.

Variations in color, veining, grain, and texture are inherent to these materials and are considered part of the design. No two pieces are identical.

Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve material selections when applicable.

Design Approval

Final design details will be confirmed with the client prior to production.

Once approved, any changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to production. Once production has begun, all orders are final.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on location and logistics. We coordinate shipments globally.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors outside of our control.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and access to the space.

Additional fees may apply for complex delivery requirements.

Damages

If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

All shipments are insured, and we will work with you to resolve any issues as appropriate.

Liability

Ornament Studio is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or installation after delivery.
